Legalix is a toolbox for lawyers developed by Mazliah Digital: binding exhibits, PDF editing, Hebrew OCR, signatures and optional AI tools, plus a CRM for managing a law firm. The toolbox is in a pilot, and the CRM is coming later.

Annexes and filings
- Annex binder - Binding, cover pages, clickable table of contents, continuous numbering and splitting into volumes.
- Pleading templates - From the wizard, or fill the firm’s Word template from an existing document.
PDF editing
- Edit - Sign, write, color, rotate, erase areas and redact.
- Merge and split - Merge files (including page ranges), and split by pages, size or text.
- Pages - Delete, rotate, extract, reorder and replace a page range from another document.
- Bates numbering - With a position picker and an option to skip the first page.
- Watermark and compress - Watermark, and compression in five levels with a preview.
Text and security
- OCR - Turns a scan into searchable, copyable text. Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian.
- Password lock - AES-256 encryption. The password is not stored and cannot be recovered.
- Area crop - Select an area and export it as an image, as text or into another document.
Documents and signatures
- Document comparison - Compare two versions (PDF, Word, TXT), with export to Word.
- Signature and stamp - Drawn, typed or scanned signature and the firm stamp, right on the document.
Optional AI tools
Document summary, email drafting with the firm signature and a chat assistant. Off by default and enabled for a firm only on request. When enabled, only text is sent to an external provider, never the file.
No change to how you work
Keep working exactly as you do today and open a browser tab when you need a tool. The toolbox works alongside any management system, or together with Legalix CRM.

Binding annexes for filing
About 4 minutes- Drag the pleading and the annexes into one list.
- Choose numbering and set the order by dragging.
- Export one PDF with cover pages, a clickable table of contents and continuous numbering. Heavy files are split into volumes.
A scan that becomes text
About 90 seconds- Upload the scan and choose languages.
- Processing runs in the browser, and the file is not sent anywhere.
- Get a PDF you can search, copy from and highlight.
- Continue to a comparison with a previous version, or to an AI summary if enabled for your firm.
Sign and stamp without printing
About 40 seconds- Open the document in the PDF editor.
- Draw a signature, type it or upload a scan of an existing one.
- Add the firm stamp and a date where you choose.
- Save, and the signed file downloads without passing through a server.
Your files never leave your computer
The PDF tools (editing, merging, splitting, compressing, numbering, OCR and encryption) run inside your browser. The file is not sent to a server and is not stored by us. We keep account details (name, email, firm name) and basic usage data, without file names or content, on infrastructure in Frankfurt, in the EU. The Legalix privacy policy and terms of use explain who the data controller is, how data flows and which providers are involved.

When we looked closely at where lawyers' hours go, we found that many of them go to technical work: arranging annexes, cover pages, manual numbering, rescanning upside-down pages and searching for quotes in scanned documents. Existing tools solve part of the problem and leave manual fixes. So we built a dedicated solution for each bottleneck, designed to save the manual fixes.
The tools were built one by one from real delays in a lawyer's work, and inside the system there is a support and feedback channel for issues, requests and improvements.

What is Legalix?

What is the difference between the toolbox and the CRM?
The toolbox is for lawyers who want focused time-saving tools without changing how they work. The CRM is a complete system for clients, cases, documents, deadlines and team.
When can I start?

Can it be customized for my firm?

I already pay for PDF software. Why switch?
General PDF software was not built for legal work in Hebrew and does not know what an annex is. Here you get annex binding with cover pages, a table of contents and Hebrew numbering, pleading templates, and OCR that reads Hebrew.
Does the toolbox include case management?
The toolbox stands on its own and works alongside any management system you use today. If you also want case and client management, you will be able to use the toolbox and Legalix CRM together.
Do my files pass through your server?
The PDF tools run inside your browser. The file is not sent to a server, and document files are not stored by us. We keep only account details and basic usage data, without file names or content. The AI tools are optional and off by default. When they are enabled for a firm, only text, never the file, is sent to an external AI provider in the US, set to zero data retention.
Does it work on a Mac?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser, so Mac, Windows, iPad and Android get the same tools, with no installation and no per-computer license.

Yes. Legalix is a toolbox for lawyers that includes binding exhibits, PDF editing, Hebrew OCR and signatures, built for the way Israeli law firms work.
